Line of Business
MyPlotMitra is an online property classifieds and listing platform serving Anantapur, Hyderabad, and surrounding areas in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. We connect property owners directly with buyers. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or transaction platform — we do not buy, sell, hold, or take commission on any property, and no property sale value ever passes through our payment account. We monetize only through small, fixed-price digital service fees described below.

All fees are one-time, fixed-price digital service charges, shown to the user before payment. Prices are set and published by us, not negotiated per transaction.
How the payment flow works
- A user browses listings for free — no payment required to view, search, or contact via chat.
- A user optionally chooses a paid feature (a badge, a boost, or contact credits) from a fixed price list.
- Payment is collected once, directly by MyPlotMitra, for that specific digital service.
- We do not collect, hold, or forward any part of a property's sale price. Property price negotiation and payment (if any) happens entirely off-platform, directly between the buyer and seller — MyPlotMitra is not a party to that transaction.
What this is not:
We are not an escrow service, not a real estate brokerage, and we do not process real estate transaction values. Average payment on our platform is under ₹500.
