This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, and is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011. It does not require any physical or digital signature.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies, which are incorporated by reference. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

MyPlotMitra is a listings platform that connects property owners/sellers directly with buyers in Anantapur, Hyderabad, and surrounding areas ("zero brokerage, direct from owners"). We do not buy, sell, or take ownership of any property listed on the Platform, and are not a party to any transaction between users.

3. User Accounts & Conduct

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering or posting a listing. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.

4. Listings & Verification

All property listings are reviewed by our team before going live. Optional trust badges (Verified Owner, Verified Phone, Verified Property, Property Visit Photos, Location Verified) reflect checks performed by us to the best of our ability at the time of verification, and do not constitute a legal guarantee of title, ownership, or property condition. Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own independent due diligence, including legal and physical verification, before any transaction.

5. Paid Services

Certain features — including but not limited to trust badges, featured/premium listings, boosted visibility, and contact-detail unlocks — are offered on a paid basis. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payment confirms your agreement to these Terms and the applicable Refund Policy.

6. No Warranty

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing, user-submitted content, or information on the Platform. Your use of the Platform and any transaction you enter into with another user is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, branding, and content of the Platform (excluding user-submitted listing content) are proprietary to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or claim rights over them without permission.

8. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. payment gateways, maps). Your use of such services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or liability arising from your breach of these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of a third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any listing.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform an obligation if such failure is caused by a force majeure event beyond their reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
