Refund Policy

This Policy applies to www.myplotmitra.com, owned and operated by Nadindla Khadar Basha ("Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our").

MyPlotMitra is a property-listings platform. We do not sell physical goods, so this Policy covers refunds for the paid digital services offered on the Platform only.

This Platform does not ship physical goods and does not accept product returns — our Shipping Policy and Return Policy pages reflect this. This Refund Policy applies solely to paid digital features described below.

1. Paid Services Covered

Trust badges (Verified Owner, Verified Phone, Verified Property, Visit Photos, Location Verified)	Full refund if we are unable to complete verification within 5 business days of payment
Featured / Premium listing placement	Full refund if the feature is not activated within 24 hours of payment
Contact-detail unlock credits (PRIME / Flexy)	Non-refundable once a contact has been successfully unlocked
Boost / visibility packages	Pro-rated refund only if the Platform fails to deliver the purchased duration due to a technical fault on our end

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of payment via WhatsApp at +91 99890 83321 or email nkhadar@gmail.com, along with your payment reference / transaction ID. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Services that have already been fully delivered (e.g. a badge already granted, a contact already unlocked, a listing already featured for the purchased duration)
Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user (e.g. unreachable phone number, missing documents for verification)
Change of mind after a service has been activated

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a pending (not-yet-activated) paid feature any time before verification/activation begins by contacting us, and it will be treated as a full refund under Section 1.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
