Account information: name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and email you provide when registering or posting a listing.
Listing information: property details, photos, location/GPS coordinates, and pricing you submit.
Verification data: documents or details you share for trust-badge verification (e.g. ownership proof), used solely for the verification process.
Communications: messages exchanged with other users through our in-app chat, and contact requests.
Payment information: transaction records for paid features (badges, featured listings). Card/UPI details are handled directly by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay) — we do not store your card or bank details.
Usage data: device type, app interactions, and log data collected automatically to improve the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and listings
To connect buyers and sellers through chat and contact-sharing features
To verify listings and grant trust badges
To send WhatsApp/SMS notifications relevant to your listings or inquiries
To process payments for paid features
To improve, secure, and maintain the Platform
To comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With other users, as necessary for the Platform to function (e.g. your phone number is shared with a buyer only after you approve a contact request; your name and listing details are visible on your seller profile)
With service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. Firebase/Google for hosting and data storage, Razorpay for payments, Meta/WhatsApp for OTP verification and notifications)
When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

4. Your Choices

You control what phone number and details are visible on your listings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us using the details below. Deleting your account will remove your listings, subject to any legal retention requirements.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including Firebase security rules and encrypted connections, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform's services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
